Did you break them below y coordinate 16? The plugin only registers ores that are broken in their natural generation state, this minimizes error due to other ore breaks.

Is the stone count working? I can’t really fix anything without a record or log of what’s not working. I haven’t had any other reports of such an issue. I can add that as a config option for the next update, however it isn’t recommended.

If you change the y-coordinate values that XrayInformer detects, it can potentially make the results less accurate. For example, if XrayInformer counted all diamonds broken, instead of just those below level 16, consider this: Many players mine diamonds naturally with a silk touch pickaxe, then bring them to their home to mine them with a fortune pickaxe.
